From the moment we arrived at Secrets Cap Cana, we knew we were in for something special. The property is stunning; lush landscaping, and breathtaking views that look like something out of a travel magazine. Every corner feels like paradise. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the incredible variety of food and beverages. Whether we were dining at one of the gourmet restaurants or grabbing a quick bite poolside, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The cocktail menus were extensive, and the bartenders were always ready to whip up something delicious and refreshing. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was our Concierge, Michael. He went above and beyond every single day to ensure our experience was flawless. From personalized recommendations to surprise treats in our room, he anticipated our every need with such warmth and professionalism. I stayed at this resort for 3 nights and I can honestly say that this has been one of the best experiences of my life. The overall resort is beautiful and the beach is amazing. The food was amazing. The market cafe (resort buffet), El Patio restaurant, Coco cafe, and himitsu were all great. The room was nice and well maintained by the staff. The staff were very welcoming and attentive the entire stay. I am definitely coming back here.

For it being our first All Inclusive we very much so enjoyed ourselves! Most of the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. We didn't really get the best out of our “butler” as other people in the resort did, but we didn’t need him so it was fine. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. I wish I could have found the crepe station!!

Desde que llegamos nos recibió el vale y parking, recibieron las maletas, nos recibieron con toallas húmedas para la calor, con dos copas de champaña, atención personalizada, habitaciones muy higiénicas, excelente limpieza, super excelente atenciones del staff, todos trataron de hacernos la vida más feliz, mi esposa cumplió años, nos trajeron un bus ocho en la mañana, nos cantaban feliz cumpleaños en todos lados, una decoración de cumpleaños, en otras palabras, maravillos, MUCHAS GRACIAS
