the customer services were excellent. I gave 4 stars because the food in the buffet was boring. The De Vinci restaurant was the best but it only allows 18 and older to eat there.

The entire resort was spotless! Even at the end of the day the public restrooms by the swim up bars were super clean! Food was good, staff was excellent. We loved Patricia by the kid pool area and Enrique by the Thai beds and palapas. We will be back!!

Our toilet was leaking raw sewage from the bottom. It took 4 days to get moved and the new room was a downgrade. We ended up with to small beds, a worse view and no tub. Also 2 days we had to call because they never stocked our minibar. Food was average

Clean room, good service and many amenities. The problem was that by 7 am, all chairs by alll pools were “reserved” with towels. There should be a system as in other hotels where the pools Open at 8:40 am or anytime. That’s when people would be allowed to walk in and reserve seats. All towels put before that, are collected by the guards and thrown in a corner

The hotel is good, but not extraordinary — especially the food, which is unfortunately mediocre at best. That said, the amenities are great, the staff is AMAZING (big shout out to Antonio from the beach bar, Francisco, Geraldo, and Enrique), the beach access is excellent, and the ocean views are superb. It’s very family-oriented, and the rooms are good. However, the apartment doors are extremely loud when closing, so you’ll likely hear doors being “slammed” throughout the night. Overall, despite the food, we had a good experience. The Italian restaurant is the best option. I wouldn’t recommend the Brazilian restaurant — it was the worst food and meat I’ve ever had (and I’m Brazilian).

The room was clean, the service was wonderful, the people are fantastic. The food at the buffet had a great variety of options. The only complaint I have is there were children at places that were for 18 and older only and nobody asked them to go elsewhere.

It was ok. The group that I was with said they’re never gonna come back because the service had gone downhill. They had come here every year for about five years. They said the hotel cut back on just about everything. The drinks were a week and the food was just OK. There’s no full day buffet like other all inclusive, but there are other restaurants. The beach were nice.. Unless you like soft drinks, they don’t cater to nonalcoholic customers.
