Not as good the second time around.

This was our second stay at Tulum Nah. The property is clean, quiet and comfortable with good amenities and convenient location close to a supermarket. While Vanessa manages the property very efficiently and competently, not all staff are of the same calibre. We requested an apartment on the second floor well in advance and were told not to worry. Upon arrival we were given a dark unit on the ground floor with a view of the pool toilet. Received mosquito bites within minutes of arrival. We complained and were given a nicer unit on the third floor. However if this were not available, we would have been stuck on the dark ground floor. My suggestion is to either deliver the promised unit, or do not commit to it in the first place. Also, the ground-level apartment is bad enough that I believe it should not be grouped along with all the others during booking, but advertised as such, and offered for less. It is not the same value as the others.

Our apartment was spacious and clean with coffee and sugar provided as a nice touch! Pool did not look very appealing but beaches are accessible by car through Jaguar park and many cenotes nearby.

Liked that the property was easy to find, large area so didn’t feel cramped at all. Was right in middle of going either downtown Main Street or going to beach. Vanessa was easy to talk with and great with directions. Only issues, I had was the gas detector ( Don’t put spray on in apartment! )

Great stay in the city of tulum. Groceries are nearby, you get a kitchen and still have the perks of room cleaning every other day or so. The kitchen don’t have much equipment but that is to be expected for the price range. We still managed to make food and save some money. Equipped with a fan and Ac. Overall a charming apartment

We ❤️ Nah!!

This is our 4th or 5th stay at Tulum Nah. We always feel comfortable and safe in our apartment. Every stay the concierge has been most attentive and helpful with any questions or needs. You are walking distance to Tulum Centro and all that has to offer, with restaurants, night life, tour operators and shopping. There is a tienda/shop just steps from Nah with drinks, snacks and other items. The garden and pool area are calm and quiet to enjoy for the day, or from you balcony chairs in the evening or with your morning coffee. We have seen tucans, kiskadees, mynah birds and orioles, to name few of the birds that visit in the trees here. Nah❤️❤️

Very nice well located place. Staff was great. Rooms were larger than expected. Great value for the money. I will stay there again next spring.

Property location is very good. Just half miles to city center. Major shopping complex is just 400 meters away. Rooms are big and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Host Vanessa helped with early morning check-in. Also send was continuously in touch for any queries. Overall very pleasant stay.

Apartment was great! Clean, comfortable, everything you need for a casual vacation. Having the kitchen was great. We were able to have basic staples for snacks, early breakfasts and light dinners. Vanessa was helpful for finding good local food and connecting us with public transportation and a fantastic local guide. Loaner bikes were convenient. Location was off the main drag, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. Much more of a true Mexican experience then the resorts. Tulum is small so the apartment is convenient to everything We will absolutely be going back to stay ay Tulum Nah

Home away from Home!

If you're looking for all the comforts of home....then Tulum Nah is perfect. With a full kitchen & a Chedraui right across the street & Netflix...it was nice to be able to stay in make my own meals. Especially considering, I was a bit far from the main drag & the majority of restaurants. I much preferred the peace, quiet & solitude of my comfortable surroundings. Tulum Nah is a bit closer to the beaches...however, you still would need to taxi or bicycle there. Which they provided. It was also very close to the Ruins. I walked there...in about 20 minutes. The manager, Pablo....could not have been more accommodating & pleasant. Spoke very good english. And full of ideas & suggestions to make my trip more enjoyable. Overall....my trip to Tulum & my stay at Tulum Nah, was wonderful!
