Celebrated a friends birthday ! This resort was everything, make sure you get the diamond club package that comes with butler service. It was all inclusive and adults only. Food wasn't the best but it was free ! and the drinks kept coming. The only thing I hated was how staff hounded you about tips. Any thng they did for you they had their hand out it was extremly annoying. Other than that I recommend

Resort was okay. The pool had lots of skin particles. They keep up with the beach pretty good around this time. My main complaint is the drinking water situation. My friends and I were drinking the “filtered water” they had however we still left with a terrible stomach ache. The only water bottles they had were in their shop for $13 and it’s just an average sized bottle. If I’m staying there for 5 days, was I supposed to spend all my money on those water bottles. It really confused me how they didn’t supply us with water bottles like every other resort does.

Good all-inclusive resort but needs a bit of minor updates/repairs in the rooms (bathroom glass doors and curtains). Room cleanliness is very good, comfortable beds, linens and towels were changed on a daily basis. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. Location is excellent proximity to downtown Cancun restaurants, bars and shopping. It’s an easy 8 min walk on wide, safe, well-lit sidewalks which many tourists use on a daily and nightly basis. The buffet has good selection and it’s exactly what you’d expect from most resorts. It can be repetitive but there are other options available such as the Café breakfast, pool resto-bar for lunch and á la carte restaurants for dinner. The beach was great for relaxing with food and drink services provided in both diamond club and regular lounge sections. The biggest negative for me and my travel friends was the water temperature of the swimming pools. It seems that the water pumps were not working well enough in which the water was always very warm to be in the pool no matter what time you’re in it. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this resort.
