Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort

"Unser Aufenthalt im Hard Rock war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut katastrophal und entspricht in keiner Weise dem, was man für diesen Preis erwarten würde.
Das Essen war grauenhaft – zwei von uns haben danach sogar eine Lebensmittelvergiftung erlitten. So etwas ist völlig inakzeptabel und ein absolutes No-Go für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.
Zusätzlich waren die Betten sehr unbequem, wodurch an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war.
Besonders ärgerlich war auch, dass versprochene Guthaben und Leistungen nicht oder nur teilweise eingelöst werden konnten. Man wird mit Versprechungen gelockt, die am Ende nicht eingehalten werden.
Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen."
