Premium Upgrage Option

The hotel staff offered an upgrade to the premium suite that includes; nicer room, all inlcusive meals at Ceiba (Restaurant), and the use of the Beach Club (Kool). If you have the chance I do recommend that you look at this upgrade. The savings on the food for a family of fours justifies it. Regarding the Beach Club (Kool); this is just a poor excuse of a beach club. The Tukan hotel guests are segregated in a section of the beach club and they can only make use of a makeshift bar, just not up to par.

schönes hotel, beachclub enttäuschend

wir hatten zuerst ein normales zimmer welches uns nicht wirklich gefiel. es war klein und die dusche liess sich nicht ganz abstellen. wir konnten dann das all-inclusive package lösen und erhielten ein super grosses zimmer mit viel platz. man konnte in 3 restaurants/bars essen und trinken. der beachclub hat mich sehr entäuscht. eigentlich hiess es dort sei auch alles inklusive. jedoch gab es dort nur getränke, welche man selber an einer eckbar holen musste. die normale bar war nur für die zahlenden gäste. die besten liegen durften wir ebenfalls nicht benutzen. obwohl wir premium gäste waren, durften wir nur die liegen ganz hinten beziehen. dort hatte man ab 15:00 uhr spätestens keine sonne mehr. ausserdem ist der beachclub mind. 10min vom hotel entfernt. die angestellten waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. alles in allem war es ein super aufenthalt - bis auf den beachblub.

Ihan kiva

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla lähellä keskustan vilinää, ajoittain yöllä meteliä kuului huoneeseen. Lisämaksusta varattava aamiainen oli runsas ja laadultaan hyvä sisältäen paljon meksikolaisia ruokia. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, huoneen siisteys oli kuitenkin suorassa suhteessa jätettyihin tippeihin. Allasalue oli vaatimaton, mutta siisti ja hyvin huollettu. Wifi oli pettymys, yhteys ei toiminut huoneessa vaan ainoastaan allasalueella, vastaanotossa jne yleisillä alueilla. Free beachclub ei ollut kuitenkaan ihan free. Hotellin asukkaat saavat ilmaisen kuljetuksen rantaklubille, mutta rantatuolit eivät ole ilmaisia kuten voisi ymmärtää. Hotellin asiakkaat eivät varsinaisesti maksa vuokraa tuoleista, mutta sitoutuvat ostamaan tietyllä summalla ruokaa ja juomaa klubin ravintolasta. Esim. perus rantatuoli kustantaa 500 pesoa ja tämän 500 pesoa voi siis käyttää klubin ravintolassa. Paremmat tuoli vaihtoehdot maksavat luonnollisesti enemmän. Hiukan harhaanjohtavaa mainostamista mielestäni. Ihan kiva, hyvä sijainti, mutta samalla rahalla todennäköisesti löytäisi parempaakin.

séjour en famille, tous adultes

hôtel idéalement placé sur la 5ème. original et pour des personnes aimant être au coeur de l'ambiance et de l'animation, donc un peu de bruit. Rien à voir avec les all inclusives et les Resorts. Très bon séjour, en connaissance de cause, nous y étions déjà rendus en 2011.

les chambres sépare dehors de l'hôtel ce n'est pas terrible ! Chambre très simple par rapport au prix.
