A post-flight stay. Arrived quite late and they were very speedy in getting us checked in and to our room. Much appreciated. Shuttle to airport in a.m. quite handy.

There was no valet support at this site. Even though staff was informed we needed a shuttle ride to the airport, by the time we got downstairs the shuttle left 5 mins before scheduled departure. We had to get Uber to the airport.

I had an early JFK flight so I decided to get up very early and take a 3am hotel shuttle. Unfortunately when I got to the shuttle, I was told that for some reason, 3am was the one time when a shuttle wouldn't leave on the hour. I prepared to wait till 3:30, but then a hotel employee came out and offered to buy my cab ride, which I accepted. This turned what would have been a problem into a huge win for Marriott in my eyes. Thanks so much.

Nice for a layover

Hotel staff, from James our driver to everyone else along the way. Service was good. Cookies and ice cream on check in. Food in the lobby- quick. Coffee in the morning.
