On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads into a welcoming dining room and a living room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living and dining areas, making the space ideal for shared meals and relaxed gatherings. A separate WC is also located on this level. On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 rooms: the first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, with direct access to an east-facing balcony; the second bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2-bed configuration, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length; the third bedroom also features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, with its own exit to an east-facing balcony. The single bathroom on the upper floor includes both a bath and WC. The chalet also benefits from a garden with east-facing and south-facing orientations, offering beautiful views of the mountains and the valley, along with a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and 2 deck chairs.
