feeling of well being missing in restaurants

Pros: nice room, entrance to the thermal bath included in the room's price
Cons: for the personnel to be mindful of the level of service/kitchen noise in the restaurants.
My room was in the new part of the hotel and very nice with a terrace looking onto the pools. The wood pannels on the floor, walls and terrace was beautiful. The saturday evening environment in the brasserie restaurant was like in a stressed business canteen, with people/servers running around, a very noisy environment including many background noises from the kitchen and customers lining up, crammed and blocking the passage in the small entrance hall for the second service. The food however was good and our server kept her head cool and was diligent.

J'ai déjà fais la réflexion à la réception. Dommage pour les lits petits et pas du tout confortable. Je trouve aussi qu'ils peuvent évoluer un peu et changer les sèche cheveux .
