Staffs are really amazing! The property is also well maintained and clean. Our stay was really comfortable. My whole tour was hassle free in Mexico.I would like to thank everyone who helped me to take this to happen.Looking forward for next trips.
Great staff, right next to a supermarket, and a good deal for the price! My only concern was the surrounding neighborhood, which didn't feel like the safest area.
Very first time travelling to Cancun, Mexico, I did not speak a single word of Spanish but the staff were still very polite and understanding. The room was nice a quiet. It was a culture shock when I researched you shouldnât drink the water. Im glad I stayed here because itâs very affordable. Thank you everyone at this location I will definitely stay again the next time im in Cancun.
This is a hotel directed at the Mexican clientele. It is located in a solid, working-class area where American tourists seldom go. The amenities are very basic but adequate and very affordable. The staff is not bilingual, but their hearts are as big as their English vocabulary is small.
Very large suite, beautiful marble floors, kind and helpful staff, comfortable beds and bedding, very cool a.c. Bring your own water and glasses. No pool, zacuzzi, sauna or restaurant. Very close walking distance to restaurants and transportation.
Take the Red Bus ADO from the airport to the Cancun city for $7 or 120 Mexican pesos. Then an uber or taxi to the hotel in 5 minutes. You could walk buts its about 35 minutes. Hotel has good food areas and restaurant options. People are nice. Good if you need a place in downtown Cancun not the hotel zone.
An average accommodation, limited food availability. Rooms are clean, wifi connection is good though i uses my own data connection .staff were friendly. The only problem i see is that nobody speaks english from all the staff which should have been a priority since they cater most of the foreingers.
