First time staying here. First impressions good although could not find near parking and ended up with a ticket. Helpful and friendly staff in reception. Family room beautiful and spacious; beds comfy, happy to have a free stocked fridge. Ate at restaurant for dinner and breakfasts, generally very happy, food was great but had one terrible experience where they gave us the wrong tables food, two of our party ate and the other two had to wait 1hour 30 for the remainder. This was unacceptable and they were not very sympathetic until We complained and then they reduced our bill. Apart from that hiccup I would stay there again with children.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was amazing. The room was so cosy and immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable, we both slept really well. We didn’t have breakfast but we did have drinks in the bar in the evening. The cocktails were delicious.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room was noisy due to being next to the air conditioning units outside, the room was too hot but when we put the air conditioning on it didn’t seem to cool the room effectively plus it was noisy itself making a bubbling sound. All in all not a very pleasant stay.
