It was nice to have a balcony and fresh air. The room was spacious. Housekeeping was uneven. The hotel did not provide drinking water or drinking glasses for the room or bathroom. We understood that the breakfast would be included in our stay, but were charged for it at check-in. Excellent location.

Great location. Nice room- bug enough to open a suitcase. The air con wasn't working, so we opened the sliding door (nice balcony- another plus), but there was significant street noise, particularly early mornings (trask pickup, perhaps, though it was extended) which was a bit frustrating. No biggie, but something to be mindful of if you're a light sleeper.
