Upon checking in was informed that the elevator was broken. There was no one around to take our bags so we carried our luggage to our rooms up three floors. The four of us senior citizens having traveled all day. What words to use other then that was 🐂. Extremely dissatisfied would not stay again.

There was no rail / pegs in bathroom the one that was there was too high. The reception was too noisy for tired travellers wanting to check in without all the noise and having to raise our voices to be heard

Easy 2nd stop on bus 105, 111 or 285 from T3. Scan your credit card and get to the hotel for $2 in 5 minutes. Good windows. Little traffic noise.
