Nice clean hotel with costly parking

The Hotel was clean and staff was very nice . The only thing I miss was that the was no room Service and no phones in the room to Ring the reception and if u need any Assistant u will have to go down to the reception. The parking was not free and was very expensive . If u have to stay for a Long period of time it can be very costly.

Overall the hotel was very convenient for getting to the O2 and the cleanliness and aesthetics I have no complaints about. The food and bar drinks were good and staff was helpful and polite. I will say for the amount that is charged per night there should be decent sofa beds available. The cushions on our sofa were ripped and tore like an animal had scratched it up. Other than that it was a comfortable stay,

The staff were really welcoming and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was great and room was clean if a little warm. The only problem I had was the parking area was an issue as the way cars had parked made very difficult for me to park and the disabled person was unable easily access the car. The staff did apologize and said they would look at the situation.

Exceptional Hotel

We've stayed here before as a group, and it once again was an amazing place to stay, with a good vibe. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready, which was super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, our stay was quiet, and the breakfast has so many options. Also, they do the most delicious bacon I've ever had. It's a good location within walking distance of the east side of Excel. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Unexpected £40 deposit paid on arrival, told it would automatically be refunded. Still waiting on refund 4 days later. Will contact property to chase. Room was clean but severely lacked storage, best for only a night or two nothing longer.
