We had an 8 night stay booked and were asked what days we wanted the room cleaned. Although we stated every second day, that's not what was entered into the system. It appeared that the staffperson had put in every third day. Although we requested at the front desk that our room be cleaned on one of the days, that didn't happen. Definitely a disconnect there.
The hotel gives vouchers for a drink at the bar for each day the room isn't cleaned. The vouchers are for beer, wine or a soft drink only.
The location is good and is close to the two Hammersmith Tube stations as well as many pubs, restaurants and retail outlets.
The breakfast buffet is large with a lot of variety. For a longer stay it would be nice to see some change in the fruits and other things offered as it is the same everyday. However, there are still a lot of choices.
Juice and a small candy bar are on offer in the lobby at no charge.
We have stayed at the Novotel previously and chose it again for the location and breakfast buffet. The twin rooms are a decent size and a fridge is included. I would recommend it.
