The hotel has become somewhat tired, not the stylish and luxurious establishment that it used to be, especially given its price. However, the check-in staff and ambassadors are simply wonderful; very polite, and ultra helpful. The helpfulness of the restaurant staff is somewhat hit-and-miss. However, given the hotel's close proximity to Terminal 5 makes it special.
