Good clean condition for the price, very clean, but I reccommend staff memeber to use different cleaning stuff for bathroom and bedroom separetly, receptionist very polite, had issue with screming at one of the night from another room but as soon my husband informed the receptionist he was so quick to come and helpful but by the time someone left the property and gone. Over all everything else was fine.
we booked Cranbbrook Hotel but were sent to Lucky 8 Hotel, but the accomodation was not in the main building, it was down a side road. Also, the car parking was further away on another site. The hotel room had poor privacy since people talking in the room above and in the room below could be heard very clearly in our room. Lastly, the television did not work. They were supposed to fix it but when we returned to the room later that evening, we found the room door left open and theTV was left on the fridge and still did not work.
I feel that I should be entitled to some compensation for the upset caused by these issues.
We have booked Cranbrook hotel Ilford London with two family rooms with free parking. but when we arrived, they gave us another hotel which is far away and messed up with several hotel parking places to park. Which makes us very disappointed.
Very nice size room, was clean, slight problem with shower hose but staff responded quickly to correct the issue, would recommend and I would stay again.convenient for transport,.
First of all our booking was at Cranbrook hotel, upon arriving there the lady at reception said that they’ve moved our booking to Britannia Inn hotel because she said the hotel is full. We had booked the room in this hotel a month ago and still they moved us to another hotel without any communication. Secondly the other hotel Britannia Inn was terrible. It was a loft converted room and was quite dirty and had a bad smell. We would never book this hotel again!
