Staff not very polite. Restaurant staff made a mistake with the food, they never served the steak with the cherry tomatoes and portobello mushrooms ! Big mistake for a £36 plate.

An airport hotel so we weren't looking for a special atmosphere but we did expect and need a good shower facility. The shower was pathetic, low flow with no power. In general the room was tired but clean.

Easy access for terminal 2 for an early flight, a bit disappointing that breakfast was only available from 6am which does not work for early flights. Luckily the Lufthansa lounge provided food. Eat in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Would rate as a clean, curtious staff, no stress hotel.

Check in was fast and efficient! My request for a particular room was granted.. so thank you! Room was very clean as was bathroom. The flush on the toilet had to be slightly adjusted each time after use in order to prevent an annoying trickle of water! Comfortable bed snd linen. Iron and ironing board in room however the mini fridge did not work( only discovered this the following morning when fruit was not cool) Great view of airport runway ( which cost extra). I do still have an issue with being charged a deposit of £50 PER NIGHT…. What would happen if you didn’t have the means to pay this???? Seamless check out and only 5min walk to Terminal 2
