The worst experience I’ve ever encountered, contacted the hotel with over a weeks notice to cancel or move the booking date, following 5 days of correspondence, finally advised on the day of the booking that not enough notice to cancel, please avoid using this hotel

Breakfast was excellent staff was friendly and helpful. We thought that it was closer to Heathrow then it actually was the ride on the shuttle for our flight in the morning took about 45 .

Loved the room and the proximity to the airport! They don't have a shuttle, however, there is a public bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes straight to the airport. A truly lovely stay and would stay here again!

I liked the access to public transportation and the helpfulness of the staff. The soundproof room was also pretty amazing as I could see airplanes a short distance away but couldn’t hear them.

We stayed overnight before leaving so we can be close to the airport. The room was large. The bed was a bit too soft for us- but it’s so individual. The shower was so th a tub, which was really narrow and slippery. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel has a shuttle which comes from the airport for 6 pounds every 30 min- convenient. Overall good experience.
