Beautiful building on the exterior. It was nice to have somewhere to park. The staff was all good. Bathrooms were pretty clean. The room we stayed in reeked of ammonia/ cat pee. I don't know what the deal is with that but had we arrived earlier we would have found other accommodations based on the smell.

Still new to staying at Hostels but places like these definitely make me feel it's not so bad to share a room with strangers. Every thing was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The area is right around the corner to a main busy street but somehow it was tucked away and quiet. Easy to walk to public transportation. Would definitely not mind staying here again.

I was hopeful of this property since it looked nice in the photos. But the room that we were given smelled so vile (reminded me of cat pee) and it just ruined our experience there. The rest of the hostel smelled fine when walking around but our room was so bad that you could smell it before you even open the door. We had to sleep with the window wide open just to tolerate it. So if you are sensitive to really bad smells I would recommend staying somewhere else. I just couldn’t believe that someone cleaned that room and thought it was acceptable for guests.

Such lovely people, staff and travelers, extremely clean, safe, beautiful and well maintained, safe lockers for valuables and luggage, walking distance to great transportation, lift was very appreciated for moving luggage and after long days of walking around and I met so many lovely people from all over the place. I really cannot say anything bad about my lengthy stay here. I WILL come back and miss everyone I’ve met. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful.

Safe neighbour hood

House keeping staff are attentative and detauled when cleaning rooms. Has curtain on bunk beds. The pantry is very small and unable to cater more than 1 person if they are cooking. Fridge is extremely packed and food often get stolen even with name/bed number on. Has lift. Safe and quiet area
