Bad hotel

Room too small and safety hazard. Bathroom is dangerous because toilet was right at door of shower. You could trip over toilet if you don't pay attention. No check in desk and had laptop is not secured from being stolen or hacked. Room not worth what I paid for.

Room was simple but more than adequate and hotel was excellently located. No tables, no cutlery and no glasses at breakfast but worst of all, nobody seemed bothered. Shame as it let down an otherwise great stay

An faulty alarm went off twice in our room during the night. We ended up having to be moved to another room. Room description at booking said it had blackout blinds which suggests it had a window. In actual fact it was a windowless room. A very disingenuous and misleading description! Won't be staying here again.

A really good no frills stay in London, we were visiting Victoria park so it was a 15 minute walk away and the hotel is right by Bethnal Green underground. Small rooms but perfect for what we needed in a 1 night stay, surprisingly quiet at night, all good!

Quick and easy check in. Staff are all polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a window but to be honest it was actually a positive for me as we had no noise or light pollution. The air purification system is fantastic and kept the room cool and fresh without the air feeling drying like most AC. The rooms are compact and would benefit from some coat hooks on the back of the door but it is a minor concern.

Amazing stay for one night, lovely people, queues were a little long as only one person reception but nothing a bit of patience can’t handle. Lovely breakfast included with hotels.com. Room was lovely, we had an accessible room for some reason and it’s super cosy, exactly what is needed for a short stay!

The receptionist on the morning shift (asian nationality) was not friendly and did not seem to care about accomodating guests , also he did not speak good enough english, the cleanliness in the room was not good enough they did not removed from the room dirty glasses and coffee cups and were there for 3 nights in a row, the sofa bed extremely unconfortable , wouldnt stay here again or reccomend this property other than location as it was very convenient
