Radiator in room on 6th floor not working, room freezing cold! No help from staff. Safe to say I will never return. Total rip off for what you get.

It was clean and had a kettle. That's the only plus. The walls are paper thin, not only could we hear the couple next door having sex we could also feel it as it was moving the wall and our bed. The bed was uncomfortable. Random bits of chip board were stuck to the wall presumably to cover holes. We barely got any sleep due to the constant noise from other rooms and the hallway. The security guards roaming around did not make it feel like a safe environment. I would not stay here again. It might be cheap but in my opinion still not worth it.

Never been to a hotel and had to queue even though we’d booked. After queuing for 40 minutes we eventually got our key we were given a room that was damp and stains on the walls. It was disappointing The hotel was very dated and unsure whether there was a housing scheme with the council. Not what I’d expect for £140 a night! Avoid. The positive was they gave me a refund after we decided to not stay the night.

The stay was not pleasant, though this was not the fault of the staff. Check in was very slow as no one understands their photo ID and matching credit card policy ( even if you have prepaid your room). Then I was woken up twice in the night by the noise of a drunken woman screaming her head off in the room opposite.

Worst hotel stay, over an hour to check in, staff unhelpful, hotel very dated, room had overpowering smell of bleach, no windows in room, no AC in room, given a desk fan, the ventilation qas letting in cigarette smoke in my room as people smoking in other rooms.

Conveniently located near lively bars, clubs and various shopping opportunities. A tram stop is very close by. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the place itself seems a bit run down, in my room the window wouldn't close properly, the water taps and showerhead were leaky and the free wifi didn't reach my room.
