Room not particularly clean and missing facilities, bathroom mildew, TV remote didn’t work, MClub lounge poorly stocked and badly managed by a host who didn’t seem to care - no anticipation of when things would run out to restock, strange choices and when things did run out no replacement or alternative. For a hotel just having a refurb it wasn’t wowed, even the hallway carpets seemed dirty and not just the awful pattern that looked like stains
