lovely clean rooms, friendly staff easy check in! Tried to park in hotel carpark but was full, managed to get parked in the NCP carpark round the corner which was very easy to do with the discount code given by the hotel. would happily stay here again

The room and hotel were lovely but unfortunately it was freezing cold as no heating working. Looking at feedback it is a common complaint. We were brought a radiator but it could only be plugged in opposite side of room so pretty useless. We were told changing rooms want an option quite rudely so will not be back as being very cold isnt comfortable.

Amazing staff

We came with our 2 autistic adults me and my husband. The room was lovely with everything we needed. The lady's on the desk were very helpful. In helping us find places. Maria on the desk went above and beyond to accommodate us very friendly. Thankyou for a lovely stay

We had a family room for 4. The beds were small and mattresses were soft. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper, as they had not put enough in the room. The breakfast was excellent but not enough staff taking orders.

Easy check in, the room was spotlessly clean as were shared areas. Great design, keeping the original building beams and pillars. Good facilities in room and an excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good but usually brilliant!

Been this hotel many time which reflect on our previous experiences of staying here. The shine was time off this time when going for breakfast(a quite time) we were told abruptly to wait for a couple of minutes, until the member of staff was ready. She then proceeded to have several conversations with other people at our expense; we stood for around 5-7 minutes. We just found this poor customer service.
