The hotel is in a fabulous location. We stayed in a junior suite which was really nice, plenty of room but still warm and cosy. The breakfasts were excellent. Thank you to all the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing to do with the hotel but a little tip - Dean street car park is a couple of minutes walk (found this car park a bit pricey compared to others and a bit difficult to work out the pay machine).

Lovely property a short distance from the centre and the river. Easy check in and lovely to have a bath in my room. Only negatives: one of the reception desk staff when I tried to order a drink was a little off and also as it is an old building, the floorboards are very squeaky. Listening to the couple above having special time was not really what I ordered.

It’s not a quiet hotel what makes the hotel is the staff Rooms are small no fridge but I’m not marking down the hotel for this as the staff make the difference. Rooms are decorated well good sized tv If you going read this review it’s worth a visit if you like large rooms and not on the main road don’t book and leave a silly review. Staff make this hotel it’s compact but take note of the above. Close to everything you need without the huge price tag

Perfect location

Hotel was perfect. Great location right in the centre of town. Very comfy clean rooms. Only issue was hotel bar now closed so couldn’t get a late night drink after our day out but otherwise perfect for us!
