Overall pretty poor rooms were extremely hot as the a/c wasn't working. Check-in was a nightmare they could not find our reservation even though we had the booking number and the hotel had tried to upsell us several times by email before we arrived. In fairness the girl at reception was extremely helpful and offered us a complimentary drink while she tried to sort the problem out. There was also no restaurant for an evening meal but there was bar food. The immediate area around the hotel itself wasnt great. Think i wil stick with the Hyatt in future.

Our door would. not lock so we had to be moved to al alternative room with wrong bed set up and was not cleaned well, empty water bottle under bed, half drank water bottle on sides, crumbs on floor. The staff however are brilliant, cannot fault them.

Do yourself a favor& stay somewhere else. Multiple deficiencies with the room-one towel per person, dirty comforter, ac faulted out every 20 minutes & had to be reset to keep temp under 85. Staff wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. Great view but of all the places we’ve stayed in the UK this was the worst. Everyone we spoke to at the hotel was displeased.

Well located for the bull ring and theatres but no parking on site and confused messages sent about the partner car park which resulted in us parking in the car park which had ceased to be a hotel partner since I booked. Check in slow and understaffed resulting in a queue which people were trying to jump. Room nice and spacious but old and lumpy pillows, full height windows on upper floors are not suitable for anyone who doesn’t enjoy heights. Breakfast was ok but not the best we’ve experienced as other Radisson Blu hotels. All in all good value for the rate we paid but certainly not excellent.

AC was not working and it was in July and really hot. After complaining so many times they moved us to a new room which looked like a store room with spare mattresses leaning against the wall. We even booked a premium room and put a special request asking for a nice room as it was booked for wedding night. It is no way near Radisson standard.

So-so

The room we had was a little tired, cables for the bedside phone and the TV were on show, the lighting in the bathroom was very, very dim and the bath filled with water when taking a shower (despite the plug being removed). Staff were lovely, especially the night porter who was great. The bed was very comfortable, the bed linen super clean and bright white. The standard room was spacious with good facilities; safe, trouser press and hot drinks making (though one wonders why only one hot chocolate sachet when there are two guests! lol) 2 free bottles of water per day too. The mini bar was completely empty and the fridge was not working which was a shame as there was no where to cool drinks.

Staff are liars and aircon doesn’t work

It was awful it felt like we were staying in an oven and what made it worse is that it is an ongoing issue which they are aware of and are lying about there were at least 5 other rooms complaining about the same thing to the point where they had to leave and find another hotel, we rung to complain and said the supervisor would be up to help and she never came I had to come to the front desk where I overheard another couple say they had been there for two previous nights and couldn’t take no more as they were promised it was going to be fixed and it wasn’t. They clearly knew about the issue and the only reason we didn’t leave is because we checked in so late and were scared we wouldn’t be able to get a hotel room next year as 5 other groups were trying to do the same thing

The room when booked did not state there would be no natural light as the brick wall only a couple of feet from Window would be the view. If I had known that I would have booked another hotel. The room was not as shown online in pics, so do not be fooled. Would not advise anyone booking a standard room at this hotel. It was definitely NOT worth the money. I actually feel ripped off and the room as no natural light felt damp and smelled musty.
