room- does not live up to the expectation of an executive room. The ceiling wall paper is unpeeling and falling. The bathroom has no extraction, so smell and vapour fill up the room. The bathroom need upgrade due to the rusts and old facility. Staff- the manager (Arun) was arguing and trying to force payment of city tax when 2 different evidences of the payment was shown to him. Gave me a liability paper to sign while deceitfully misrepresenting its use.

El desayuno y la ubicación fueron muy buenos, pero el hotel en general dejó mucho que desear. Las habitaciones son viejas, las camas incómodas y rechinan con cualquier movimiento. No hay calefacción individual y no realizaron limpieza durante toda la estancia. El internet se desconectaba con frecuencia, y las paredes son tan delgadas que se escucha todo entre habitaciones, incluso lo que sucede en los pisos de arriba. El lobby no cuenta con sillones ni sala de espera.

Left breakfast out . Had 3 corse dinner buffet instead at 8.50 .had a good selection to choose from. Good food and service was good.. the pumpkin soup was very nice . Would go back anytime

Avoid at all cost. Central but the place is disgusting. What makes it worse is the security guy at night standing demanding your room number and names of the people in the room. Two women having to say our room number in front of drunk men at night in a large hotel with various corridors etc is definitely not safe. Staff are rude, windows didn’t have all the panels, beds like rocks bathrooms full of mould

me and my boyfriend stayed here we were put on the top floor but had no windows at all. all throught the night there was really loud banging wich made us feel so unsafe. the room smelled so damp and the fire alarm even went off in the early hours of the morning around 5 am making us jump and wake up. we asked if we could move but the staff were rude and said no. me and my boyfriend had gone out on our first night for an evening meal and some drinks when we came back to the hotel staff where giving greif to other guests and asking for names and proof that we were staying here we showed them our room card gave names and even told our room number but this wasn’t enough it took us around an hour to sort this out and get back to our room this happened again on the second night
