Great hotel in the centre of Newcastle. Our room was ready on arrival at 10.30am which was really appreciated. Quick check in process as well. The room itself was good and comfortable for 2. Good breakfast

Carpet probably needs washing. Curtains not fixed securely. Bathroom shower screen lead into the toilet next door. I had to put toilet tissue on the floor. maintenance required urgently. Staff a desk was a 5 star. Gave me a heater when I asked for an extra blanket. Breakfast staff talk too much instead of observing filling up the food that needs replacing. The beans i put on my plate were only warm, not cooked enough. The franchise do not give options for vegetarian sausages. Disappointed about breakfast. No faculty to heat up milk. Staff refused to heat milk on stove. I do not microwave my food. where is equal opportunity policy. No hot porridge offered . Quality is going down.
