Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel. Während des Hurrikans „Helene“ haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider funktionierten ab ca. der Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts nur noch 2/4 Aufzügen, weshalb man dort manchmal etwas länger gewartet hat. Unser Zimmer wurde leider auch nicht täglich gereinigt, da wir anscheinend zu den Zimmer gehörten, welche zum Schluss gereinigt werden. (Reinigung zwischen 8 Uhr und 17 Uhr)
Was uns persönlich etwas gestört hat, wir wurden täglich mindestens 3 mal vom Spa-Personal angesprochen, welches uns eine Massage verkaufen wollte. Die Animation ist gut. Von Aqua Gymnastik bis hin zu Aqua Spielen (z.B. Wasserball). Der Strandabschnitt ist wirklich gut und sauber. Der Zugang zum Strand befindet sich direkt am Pool, so dass der Weg nicht weit ist. Die Auswahl an Speisen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Umgebung ist leider nicht sehr viel. Ca. 2 KM ist ein Einkaufszentrum entfernt, welches gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Bis auf das Hard Rock Cafe und 4-5 weitere Läden, stehen alle anderen Ladenlokale leer. Um das Einkaufszentrum drum rum gibt es Lokale und 2-3 Souvenirläden. Ansonsten befindet man sich halt in einer Hotelzone. Die Abendanimation wechselt täglich.
Insgesamt gibt es 2 Pools und ein Kinderbecken mit Rutschen und einem Piratenschiff.
Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen.
