Second time we've stayed here and its perfect for us. 5 min walk to the tube, safe car park, lovely staff, milk and bottled water provided. We didn't use the bar this time, but previously have, and found it very welcoming and comfortable. Easily our go to London hotel

Quick, easy check in and free parking on site. Great location for getting into London or surrounding area. Room was spacious and clean. Well equipped with shortbreads, water, beer, tea and coffee/nespresso machine! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again.

Really lovely stay, the staff when first checking in was really polite and helpful, our room was lovely, spotlessly clean with the most comfortable bed which was also massive. The complimentary water, beer and milk was a lovely touch with a great coffee maker, the shower was great. Breakfast was wonderful with great choice and wonderful staff serving.

Lost count of how many times I’ve stayed at this fabulous place, I won’t stay anywhere else. The staff are super friendly, many have been there for years which speaks volumes.The rooms (both old & new) are spotlessly clean, breakfast is fabulous and the parking is free, there is nothing bad about this lovely hotel .. try it, you will not be disappointed.

The room was clean, looked recently updated - nice styling. Used to be kettle and coffee bags.. chaned to nespresso machine which made a nice change. Bed was confortable along with pillows. Breakfadt was excellent as always. We had an evening meal there and thst too was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful, couldnt dsult them. Another ecxellent stay

The reception staff were lovely and the room was beautifully clean. The food in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast the following morning were fabulous.. and again the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the noise insulation was poor. We could hear the hand dryer when used in the toilet nearby, and in the morning the service engineer outside woke us up around 8 am. This was followed by banging and drilling / electric screwdriver to repair a door on the corridors. All in all the facilities were very good but even with earplugs our sleep was disturbed.
