Hotel well located if going to O2. Staff very competent and friendly. Hotel located in shabby area with much litter / garbage in street, and witnessed petty theft from e.g. local Greggs. "Normal / accepted round here". A shame as local shopkeepers generally very engaging. Recommend the Pie n Mash shop for value for money.
Adequate room, it just felt a bit cramped. Hard to get in and put of the bathroom due to the small space inside. The bed was comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect for the places we wanted to go, including the O2, the Royal Observatory, and the Greenwich Market.
Check in staff and evening staff were helpful and obliging. The morning staff was dissintetested, rude and unhelpful.
Full English breakfast was cold. Bacon not cooked properly, mushrooms cooked beyong recognition, hashbrows partially frozen, grilled tomato cold toast was cold, warm beans and a hot sausage. A terrible breakfast. I did mention this to hotel staff, who again were not interested. He said i should have said something to restaurant staff, but it comes with our hotel.its not seperate.
Very comfortable bed - one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. Bathroom lights too dim and shower inaccessible for elderly person with usual conditions such as diminished eyesight and mobility. Wall decor is dark and needs updating. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend.
Lovely English breakfast, fresh croissants, cold meats, cereal and toast....lovely staff, very kind and helpful.....we didn't have time to eat at the Banana Tree restaurant other than breakfast would the food looked amazing and would want to stay here again to try it

Clean — the room was small but good beds and convenient position.
Staff were very polite and helpful, room was very nice, it was a 5 minute walk from restaurants and bars.

Ibis Greenwich
Location is excellent and staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was average. You couldnt pay for just a continental breakfast so paid for a full breakfast which i didnt have. Hotel quirky but didnt like the plasticky pod bathroom. Taps were tarnished which didnt look good but it was Ok for one night.
We arrived three hours before the check-in time. To leave our luggage in the lobby while we waited, they charged a fee. I chose to pay £15 to access the room earlier instead of £9 just to store the bags.
When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, they said I needed to register and accept the terms and conditions. While signing up, I realized that I was actually enrolling in ALL, the company that manages the hotel chain, whereas the regular Wi-Fi only required connecting with an email. At no point did the receptionist inform me that I was signing up for a membership program.
The room is small, and the cleaning was poorly done. The faucet was dirty, among other things.
Because of my flight departure time, I needed to leave my bags at the reception while I had lunch on the same street, and they charged £9 to store them in the lobby. Again.
I do not recommend this hotel.
